H.R.6201 – Families First Coronavirus Response Act (H.R. 6201) (FFCRA) was signed by the President. It will have an effective date of April 1, 2020, and, at that time, it will impose new obligations on all employers with fewer than 500 employees. Employers of over 500 employees will not be covered by the Family First Coronavirus Response Act, at least as it now stands. Click Here
